Title: Notice the smiley list is now smaller, Dial up Users Please Read

i moved most of the smileys to the [more] button at the end of smiley list.

it was brought to my attention by Jeff427, he has dial up & it was takin him forever just to try to start a thread, because of all the animated smileys,
so for all u dial up members, this should speed up loading for you....
