If your reading the tuff questions/statements please keep in mind that Safety is the name of the game here - and I believe that we are all in agreement on that issue.

Keep an open mind, don't be angered by a question/statement (even the tuff ones), everyone makes mistakes, it is everyones responsibility to prevent accidents.
If someone points out a mistake that you may have made, accept it for what it is or explain your side of the story.
If your pointing out a mistake, take consideration for your wording and try not to attack the individual (s)
remember that the questions asked/statements made come from someone that probably does not know/understand the whole story.
