One thing is a must. big rig stacks right behind the cab. maybe put a exo cage on it that ties into the back. definatly a tool box. cool rig though.
looking good ==cl
looks like a blast!! have fun!!!
cool rig man
==cl project! i would HIGHLY reccomend going over that frame and adding bracing where needed. they like to rust out.. BADLY!
needs a bigger front bumper and maybe a brush guard...
==cl truck!
frame re already boxed and re-tempered .. sort of and very strong frame too.. so i have a good start now ... and for front bumper not sure... both bumper can hold air inside.. just i need to fab the fittings

well all Jeep frames were boxed.
Looks like Scout Dana 44s in that thing as well.
Nice Truck!
Yeah I would go with Full Width Axles, it would make it alittle more stable.
i would do 1 tons then tube bed into an exo cage and a 454 and stacks that would be cool but its your build nice rig
i have some 3/4ton chevy axles. all rebuilt u-joints, lock outs, calipers, pads front axle seals and what not.
it a cj5 frame and i seen it myself red has done alot of work on the frame trust me none of us need to be worry about his jeep frame at all and yes scout axle in the rear and dana 30 front 3.73 axle the engine been relocated 4 inch back and 4 inch down it still need alot of stuff hopefully it will be ready by the gladwin bog

Sure glad to see yer doin' somethin' with it! Man seein' that thing sure does bring back memories of when I first torched the C-J 5 body off and spent many nights in the garage. I do have some pictures of the build up to where it was when I sold it to ya, when I find them I'll post them up!
Lookin' good!
BTW.....the rig was 99% born in "Utica" Michigan (22 mile and Van Dyke), I got the truck from a tow yard called "Nightengal's Towing" and it was abandon in a feild and had all the windows busted out of it and that's it. So it sat in my backyard for atleast 4 years before ever getting seperated from it Courier frame. applaudd applaudd applaudd
i just got seats mounted... and few touch up and now it rolls on 42"s Swampers... i ll updates pics when it s daylight.. making driveshafts soon
