I have actually saw a water injection 20 years ago when I worked at Mobil on Fenton and Hill for Pete and Dave.  I was a teenager then so I really beleved everything then.

Seriously, it's all bullcrap.  They are getting the hydrogen and oxygen by passing an electric current through water.  The energy to power this reaction comes from gasoline.  When hydrogen and oxygen are burned they form WATER!  To obey the first and second laws of themodynamics this reaction will not be able to contribute ANYTHING towards the propulsion of the vehicle that it is being used in.   

If these things are so great, why are they not being mass marketed and sold to an eager public?

Hmmm....   Now it all makes sence.  You cant make energy.  Like spinning a alternator with a electric motor to gain energy.  I have had that talk before.  Just a few more steps in the loop to get even.
