OMG yeah, this is soo awesome. it's one thing for it to be an accident to have your ass hangin out.. but its SO annoying to see people walk around with their boxers showing all the time. it should be the law everywhere!!
Oh what a relief, I thought they were outlawing saggy balls.
they should let everyone where saggy pants, they trip when they run, why wouldn't they want that ? they can't run to get away ==roll its like tieing you ancles up before the crime ==roll
The whole idea behind this is stopping these morons from showing their ass cracks and naughty bits. I've seen these guys and its not just the pants down alittle and knickers sticking out a bit, its more like pants way down and the undies just barely covering the important parts. If these dildos really what to have their asses hanging out legally then they should become Plumbers.
==roll :'( ==roll that's some funny p00 right there..
well its kinda good thing for me cuz i work with highschoolers , they wear panst all way down just right where their crotches are , i always tell them to pull em back to waistline , but maybe laws can make them do that. just happy in other ways ... i m sick of seeing too many people wearing shorts but they looks like pants to me.
Being very direct.........that baggy pants p00 came from from one minority........and I am glad they are starting to crack down on that crap..............while they are at it...........they need to inforce a dress code for those peaple ( which mostly live in run down areas) aka ghettos, slums.
For them, its a culture statment.
Remember........it all starts at home...so do we want our kids growing up with values such as those..??.......dressing up like a gang banger or like a Clown.......??
At least financially challenged European/American peaple i know still know how to wear blue jeans and a T-shirt .....and can still dress decently while out in public.
tax dollars hard at work ! it should be a law to speak english,after its still called America! a=f a=f a=f a=f
its about time we dont want to see your ==kma
There are so many other things the police could be doing but the way I see it, this is just one more way to get up in these disrespectful little bastards ass's. I'm all for it. I'd mostly like to see them go after all the white kids. Screw it let the blacks do what they want, we need to fight to get our own people in line. When I was a kid, other white kids were made fun of for acting black. Now it's all the little bastrards want to be.
I laugh in their faces every chance I get...
Thats awesome!!!
yanno i HATE seeing people wearing there pants down to there asses. its friggin rediculous. but i cant understand why they would waste tax payer money to push sumthing like that. thats as dumb as the ratigns for video games. they had to make that LAW inthe senate. for what? sumthing that parents need to friggin do in the first place.
my goodness. that is kindda funny tho gotta love flint
applaudd Now they need to get the schools on board! ==roll I'm glad there doing it, I get sick of seeing people coming into stores and there pants are at there ancles and you watch them bend over just so they can ge there money out......but the nice part is its easy for the cops to find there drugs in there p00 moonerr

the odd part is, a kid that lived down the street from a guy i work with[lives up in flint] got hit by a car b/c his pants were fallin down and he couldnt get out of the way fast enough. what a way to learn the hard way... my pants fall off b/c im skinny as a rail and often forget my belt, not b/c im a wanna be hood rat ;D
hang ur ==kma all ya want I aint looking.
Free country my ==kma more and more laws everyday and theres always someone supporting them and paying the bills. Sure baggy pants aint nothin... but really? Illegal? wtf is the world coming too.
==2cents
i agree with a lot of people, we don't wanna see those punk kids cracks hanging out all the time, and it's sad that they had to make a law to get it back under control, rather than people just taking a little bit of self respect and doing it them selves
i always told the boy put a belt on or imgonna beat ya with one no more saggy drawers around here ==np seems like a waste of time/money to be ticketin people who wont or cant pay a ticket so then a warrent then all the wasted time and money threw the legal system
Everyone saying its a waste of time, your right.. I live in flint and i see it all day everyday. Seen a dude running from someone holding his pants at about waste high to run.. he let go and fell.. i laughed so hard.

Not only are the ''pants on the ground'' SICK to look at, it almost always signifies some type of culture relating to gangs, drugs and/or violence.
It makes me sick to my stomach when I see a hood rat walking around with his pants on the ground, while at the same time, has one hand holding his jewels.
I fully support law enforcement efforts to help curve this issue and wish they would put together a special task force to help enforce the law.

simple answer. To this to is it's to hard for them to agree on real issues so they focus on crap like this to make it look like they are doing something.

just send them som bitches to prison for a day i bet they come back out with there pants up and tiedy to there waist lmfao
