Post by: DirtyChevy on July 25, 2008, 03:26:39 AM
well i put a self tapper and a ground wire to the frame on the sender right where it was from the factory...ran the positive up under the dash to the pink line black wire (or vise versa) and nothin happened...well then i relaized duh you need power....so i took out the test light and the other side of the pink black wire had power so i spliced it in and then the gauge just went to full and i know it's not full....so what should i do the tank is a blazer tank and it's gm obviously....what should i do to get it to work? thanks

No, but really the sending unit u used could be a dif ohm value, and would make the gauge read wrong, not sure tho.
