Should i part it out or just sell it as a whole???

depends if its mechanically good and the body is junk....

if it runs strong and drives good, i would part it out and sell everything seperate. gotta be some good parts on it.

motor and tranny are good, both have less than 30K on them.  axle is the same.  body is alright, not the best, but alright.

only thing is i need at least a grand out of it.

if you sell everything and scrap the body you'll get 350 for just the body

not in scrap weight, it was $100 a ton when i took my jeep body in. and ive heard it has gone down since then

as of right now scrap prices are at around $60 a ton. which is sad. hopefully in a few months it goes back up.  but anyways, you could just find out if anyone needs parts or whatever and make a choice based on that. parting somethin out almost always gets you more than selling as a whole. its just if you have the time to part it out.
