Well so far dana 60 front,14bolt rear,454,350 with 3500 stall,205,44 swampers, this combo is workin pretty good for me.
orangecrush use a 208 tcase more gear and it will hold to a big block have had no problems with mine
well guess what, I just picked up 513's and a 241 case, we'll see, and possiblt taking off the tunnel ram and adding juice.
i need to add some rubber to my tires
Suburban, 5 ton rock's, Tractor tires or 53 Michelins (depending on preference), big block, 4 sp., deuce transfer case behind an NP205, BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG. Never tried it, but if I win the lottery...
Orangecrush has a badass setup, I'm happy with mine so far..........................
468....Th350/NP241.......D60&14 bolt 4:56 gears and cut Ground Hawgs.........................
Only change I would make is maybe 44" boggers or what I would really like to do is put it up on 49's....But I dont have the coin for that right now.
ITS SMALL BUT WORKS GREAT FOR PLAYIN
350 400 208 410 OR THE 513s I RUN NOW AND ANY TIRE YOU WANT SMALL MOTOR AND GOOD GEARING
i like mine when its running it aint much stock 350 4:10 gears and 40 gumbos
best set up was swapping sami axle into 1985 toyota axle...
i love my 01 buick century. it never let me down.....
mine would be a chevy k5,1 tons,4:56 gears, front and rear lockers, 38'' boggers, around 6-8'' lift, healthy bbc, 205 case. Simple but would take a pounding and still keep on going! Im not into the huge tall trucks with 100'' tires lol. dont get me wrong i think they look bad ass but thats not what i would want.
a=f the best setup is a full tank and hammer down ==roll GotMud? a=f

X2 ,anything that has gas and runs
I love my set up in my bogger big hp 383 350th 208 dana 60 front 4.56s welded spiders, eaton 1 ton rear 4.56s detroit locker 42 tslsI would like 44 hawgs
but if I had the money I would swap to 2.5 ton rocks and 50-55" tractor tires!
i like my set up its 454 14 bolt rear 44 front 700r4 with manual valve body 208 case and on 44 inch tires.in a 1991 jeep wrangler.
All depends on where I'm going and what I'm doin
boggin I use my 40's
when I go to the mounds I slip on the 36's
Trail ridin I take the wifes ZR2
different applications for different terrain.
Ill let you know when mines done. Dont like the current set up. Going to a 60 front more lift and either 42 or 44 inch tires. And building diffrent motor. Also would like to say that Orangecrush and Bowtie972 have awsome trucks. Hope that when mine is done it will be like theirs.
well so far whats worked teh best is a 89' S10 blazer 4.3 auto 4wd, with the fenders slightly modified with slege hammer and 32's. only got it stuck twice haha.

The best set up... This aplys to ALL gearhead activites, RUN WHAT U BRUNG!!! Rather ur whelling riding or stright linning, just run it and have fun and have a plane to get it home if it breakes.
I like big butts and I can not lie...Oh wait, My JEEP. Fiberglass, Big Block, and 60's with 6.17 gears. Dats what I like. :) Oh and Boggers.

Economy cars make the best boggers.
