first thing is to take carb or brake cleaner and spray around all the intake mounting surfaces and also the egr while it's idling and see if it changes the idle. if the idle changes you have a vacuum leak. if that does nothing pull the upper intake manifold off and look to see if you have a injector that has come out of it's hole. i've seen it more then a few times where the injector comes out and floods the intake with fuel. if all of them are in there holes turn key on and see if you have any broken lines as they will leak. if thats all good then more likely you have a clogged injector

hmm it runs like it has a huge cam in it...im gonna start with checking and cleaning the EGR.. then i guess move onto injectors.. that sucks

check the egr. then check the your fuel pressure on the schrader valve on the back on the intake. it should be about 60psi. those 94's and 95's had alot of problems with the egr, fuel pumps, and the spider injector. i would be checking all of them.

lotta it can start with bad water temp sensor... if the egr apears fine, i would swap out the water temp sensor, will cause alot of trouble.  Prolly the cheapest to fix next to a egr gasket... im not real sure but that might have the egr under the intake...
