Right now in my Jeep wrangler I have a Chevy 350 with Th350/203 tc. My rear drive shaft is short. I want to run a 205 tc case to gain more length in the rear drive shaft.. I have seen a few good deals on TH400/205 tc combo's. I was just wondering if the Chevy TH400 is much longer then my TH350.
Thanks for any input, Matt
To add to ur ?, how much longer is an E4OD then a C6?????
I'm not sure on the measurements I can check tomorrow. But I had the same combo in my 95 YJ and I took out the 203 and installed a 208 that I converted over to fixed yoke and gained like 5 1/2 inches that was using my redesigned 203 tcase adapter.
Here's a pick of my old driveshaft next to the one I built for the new combo.

Thanks for the reply. Hmm now you have me thinking. I have a 208 that came off a th350 in my garage. Was it hard to redesign the 203 adapter?
It's just a matter of doing some welding and drilling new holes, and I'm glad you brought up this subject it reminds me I gotta make another adapter for some one. It's not a big deal. Mabey I'll make that one tomorrow and get pics.
