i start out running a mile then lift weights for 45min then run another mile. i work out 4-5 days a week
For a while I was going consistantly, but the last six months I have been doin crappy and not going.
I was going 3 days a week, run for 20 min before and after everytime. one day I do chest and back, another day I do bi's and tri's, and the last day I do shoulders and legs. and do some stoach workouts everytime as well. It was working great til I didnt go as much and ate a bunch of junk. I need to go back.
hahaha... no.. i like being morbidly obese ;D
Do 12oz curls in the garage count?
When I lived in Ann Arbor I used to work out 5 days a week at Champions Gym next door. Ever since my back surgery I've never got back into it. That and now the nearest gym is 30 minutes away. I did mainly free weights.
I'm training for the marines currently :D
I need to get my 300lb self in the gym
I do my self defense thing at the Y. There is going to be a kick boxing class start up in January at the Bay City YMCA if anybody wants to kick me in the head.

i got my freind on a diet i made for him. hes 6' 5" 364lbs. got gim down 34+ lbs. right now im running a mile and a 1/2 5 days a week.... i gained 4 pounds and im feeling lighter lol. i have pics when i started and i will get pics of the progress in march...
yep.. im still a fat arse up here. Did get quite the work out tho.. had to walk home n get my comealong to go back n pull truck out.. ened up breaking come along n walking agian anways.. that was enough of that.
