As some of you know i have a daughter that is special needs, for the last almost 2 years we have been takin her back and forth to Ann Arbor any where from 2x a week to 4x a month. We have been doing test after test to find out what the problem is with her and no one seemed to know well finally after 20 months we got a answer. She has HYPOTOMIC MILD CEREBAL PALSEY this is a good thing and a bad thing . She will be 2 in january and still doesnt walk she has a weaker left side than right she has small muscles in the right side of her face wich causes her to talk out of one side of her mouth her development is only that of a 1 yr old. she has to wear braces on her loegs to help stretch her achilles tendon because it isnt stretched like it is supposed to be wich causes her to walk on her tiptoes when she is standing on furniture (the only way she tries to stand) she is beautiful and she is a blessing in our eyes. Not tellin this for sympathy just want every one to know that if you suspect that your child isnt developing at the proper rate you should get them checked as soon as possible.
