Title: slicone removal from clothing

Does anyonbe know a way to get silicone out of clothing or isnt there a way to do this?

I have never had any luck either. The only tip I've ever heard on this is to take boiling hot vinegar and pour that on there to try melting it. But I've never tried that, I hate vingegar!

Never been able to do it. I just take my pocket knife and scrape off as much as I can after it dries.

Nope.... always wondered if there was a way that would dissolve it, but not ruin the clothes.

might be a little late, but use some brake clean (non-chlorinated). brake clean (the non-chlorinated kind), is the chemicle dry cleaners use to dry clean clothes. just make sure you ONLY use the non-chlorinated kind. use the other kind and watch stuff melt or discolor.
