IM NOT BITCHIN JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS THAT....
theres posts on here that have been on for a LONG time and ppl have asked questions and no reply
Big Daddy and the rest of the moderators have a hard enough time tryin to monitor everything that goes on around here and i thank them for their hard work and i dont think they get the credit they deserve
so i think that if we arent keeping a eye on our posts and we arent answering them or they are sold them we should delete them
if you look at teh bottom youll find a delete post button and if your the poster then youcan delete it instead of waiting for them to do it for you
If your not going to answer questions posted in your post at least put in a # or email address that ppl can address this would be
A. Helpful to the users
B. helpful to the administrators
C. Use less spaceon the site so other things that are actually going to be discissed sold and otherwise used will have space
D. more bandwidthe for all of us
THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND I KNOW IT DONT MATTER BUT THOUGHT I WOULD JUST SAY WHAT I THINK
applaudd
all of that will help.
Everyones HELP would be great on site , off site no matter the situation yeahh
well said mudfit
markin them sold in title, cool with me
I Agree........I've seen for sale items posted.........and peaple ask questions......and get no replys................do keep in mind that those I've seen were NEWBIES.......posting the stuff.
also on projects..... build ups from for ever ago... members that havnt been on in months... its all wasted space imo
Ahh c'mon guys, site gets purged when needed to expand space
Mods keep an eye on sales (and other areas) to keep them cleaned up
projects are ongoing,, like mine and Eroqs and wow, so ok, theres a few....... but I've had a project deleted and it was kind of a bummer (oops)
some things do go stagnant.. but get revitelized later.
Dont' get me wrong, I agree with the whole monitor your own posts idea.. but lets not get too overboard here.
I enjoy going back into sections every now and again and re-reading some posts (not nesissarily the sales sections) and builds (theres some awesome ideas out there)
no no hammer lane not like you guys im not THAT much of an ass.. its ones like these , i understand projects are projects that take longer then other and i agree... you learn a lot from others old posts.....we all have our opinions... you want a clean forum then clean it up... thats how i look at it ..... I byTch too much but like when somone has something for sale they say in the title: " Motor for sale " Be bettter if it was like " Good running sbc 350 $400 " im done ranting...

I agree with Hammerlane. Yes, there's some stuff from newbies on here that never should have been. But, people seem to be getting a little overboard with the whole, "Don't post anything because it will take up space!" What's the point of having a community forum if you're not supposed to use it to communicate? I'd hate to see it end up like TRUCKNECKS where the entire thing gets deleted like once a month to "save" space. I like reading back into the "archives" so to speak to see what people used to be doing and how far they've come now or what their truck used to look like or whatever. Dunno, just my two cents I suppose. Keep up the good work regardless BD! Love this place!
