you  can runn 15 " wheel on a D60  just  have to grind the  calipers.

if its  chevy to chevy,  you should be ok  other than a  ujoint   other than that ==dunno   need  nore  info  on   what it came out of  and  what its going in.

Is your D60 a Dodge or Chevy?  I think their is a spring perch width issue when using the Dodge axle in a Chevy, chevy is direct swap, My Corp 10 to a D60 was pretty much a direct swap, except for a few things...........Larger U bolts, different steering correction parts, brake calipers and hoses

15" rims will work on a D60 with ALOT of grinding!!!!!!  I had probably at least 2 hours a piece in grinding the calipers down, not fun at all! 16's or 16.5's are the better choice but I used what I had which was 15's.

My Ujoint in the front shaft was exactly the same as corp 10, Im sure their are other sizes out there though.

If you have a dually setup, and don't want the extra width.. you can cut the hubs down.
