I think I might have them. I always thought I was just a nervous individual at times. How would they diagnose you? Usually I just "muscle" through as it were, but maybe I've got them.

I get them when I think about certain things like death and job stability. I was reading some medical journals after being on pills and it stated some findings on the actual value of the drugs.

See I didnt like the way they made me feel and went off them for a few years. 2 years ago my aunt got diagnosed with Parkinsons. Basically she worried herself into it. What I found in these medical journals was the drugs they use could help avoid certain diseases like Parkinsons. Needless to say I started taking them again but I got my doc to give me much smaller dose so I can kinda control the attacks.

Keep in mind theres a difference between nerves and anxiety attacks. See nerves are when you stand up to speak in front of a crowd worrying about your job family. Attacks like I have have caused me to leave my home in the middle of the night and go sit at meijers just to be around people, in a cold sweat in the middle of winter when its negative michigan degrees out. Ive also had driven up to the bridge and back with the cell phone off to hide. Not wanting to go to the bar in fear of people. You have to find out the level your at. Theres a difference between being a puss and having a problem.

Another cure I think I may have found is winning the lotto. I think this could make that kinda stuff go away.

I get them, just not as bad as I used to. Mine are slightly different in that mine don't usually occur when there is anything prompting it. I have had one start up just standing in the kitchen cooking dinner or sitting around watching a movie.

Xanax is a good one. I haven't taken that in a while, but my sister uses it.
