Post by: Disturban on March 07, 2009, 04:50:04 PM
Anyone going to grow a Garden this year? I just got all my stuff today. I got all kinds of different tomato seeds, Watermelon seeds, Cucumber seeds, Cantaloupe seeds, Pepper-Marconi seeds, Green pepper seeds, Jalapeno seeds, Cayenne pepper seeds, Onion seeds,  Parsley seeds and Cilantro seeds. I also got a bag of soil and the starter cells.

Yup, we put one in every year. Will probably do a bigger one this year. Sweet corn, potatoes, tomatoes, watermelon, green peppers, pumpkins, etc. Spend all summer growing and canning. Usually enough to get the family most of the way through the winter.

i want to this year but i was wondering when is the best time to start planting cuz i would also like to put a food plot in this year for deer so i can set up the camera

My theory is April showers bring May flowers. I start my plants inside the first week of April and transplant them outside May 1st.
