I was at a friends shin dig last night and got talking about jeeps and jeep zj / xj lifts. One kid mentioned that he did a body lift on a zj .. I immediately jumped on that one and said nope sorry bud cant do.. I swear we argued up and down and he got about 3 other people to agree with him all of which had even less knowledge than him.. The kid even want to start a fist fight over it.. I couldn't believe it.
I told him 1000 times over they are unibody and you cannot seperate the body/ frame.. They all were like NU UH you can to just cut it off and add hockey pucks...
....? what the FUhhh.. So i got under the kids STOCK zj and was like alrite.. wheres your pucks going? he couldn't tell me.
then finally at the very end he changes his story and keeps arguing and he goes well you can add spacers on top of your coils under neath the body. that's a body lift. I have done tons of them..

Ya don't argue with people like that...
you agree with them and string them along.. keep heapin on the B.S. with the biggest shovel you can muster up..
snikerin and gigglin the whole way..people that know.. will be laughin their a**'s off
give up metric meaurements with standard numbers (7/16 mm)
talk about the newest beadless bead locks you just got.
ask about the lift kit itself.. is it the neoprene (used in waterproof garments) or standard hardend rubber oxide.
how about the newest deveopments in shift kits for your transfer case
love to use the new chrome alloy aluminum axle shafts on the market
If you use this type of thing when alcohol is involved.. you can string them along for hours on end.. if used effectively.. they won't even know it.......
till about 2-3 days later applaudd
