I was looking at google earth and noticed that it looks like there was a railroad track that ran from what i can tell was fostoria to about dort hwy, but who knows before 475 was built it might have went all the way to lansing or to durand.
I'm from Durand...I thank all tracks lead to Durand.
There's old track lines all over the place. They converted the ones here in Stockbridge to bike paths from here to Whitmore Lake and farther and to Jackson and beyond.
