This morning was a great morning. I got to talk to the head of engineering operations for north america of ford. I pulled up to kroger this morning and parked behind the new ford taurus SHO. Finally a move in the rite direction by ford which by our conversation looks to be just the beginning. Now Im a car nerd and for the first time in a long time it was refreshing and exciting to talk about cars with someone who makes the cars. Everything from california killing the car to the new focus and feista. If you ever get a chance to talk to someone like this do it.
Here the new SHO taurus and you can see my H3 in the pic too. Just a great and well designed car I would even go as far to say that its a G8 killer. Notice the M on the plate in between the numbers. He said 365hp V6 direct-injected twin-turbo 6 speed auto and had the flappy paddle gear changers that switch gears in >.009 seconds. And it sounded great! comes out in Q4 of this year.
