how many miles? you probrably have a bad lift pump. located on driverside of block low under fuel filter. are you getting air in the line cause i have two cummins one 94 and one 95. had a bad lift pump on the one. have seen pineholes in rubber lines and it sucks air and wont start. where are you located at maybe i could give you a hand. been in your spot it sucks when they wont run. try cracking the bleader on top of the fuel filter and there is a little primer button on top of the lift pump. pump it till you dont see any air coming out of the bleeder. how old is the fuel filter? there is also a pre filter next to the lift pump that sometimes gets so clogged it wont flow. or the heater in the pre filter where the wires go in corrodes and sucks air. theres a bunch of stuff it could be just have to know what to look for. either sucking air in feed line, bad lift pump or bad injection pump. what happened did it just not start one day or whats the story on that if i knew it might help narrow the problem down. let me know im pretty good with them and will walk you through it

could be alot of things, a no start narrows it down to about 500 possibilitys.  What was it doing (wrong) before you replaced the injectors?

it was running at really low rpms pulled lift pump the piston it it is still really firm was told it was good pulled injectors had them cleaned had to put 1 reman in. everythings stock on the truck has 182496 miles on it has a new fuel filter on it.

im helping mike out on this dodge, i know alot about the cummins cuz i have a 24 valve all tuned up and we have done tons of things to try to figure this out but nothing evver works, the truck would idle at like 250 rpms would always die if u let your foot of it, we changed fuel/water seperator and the smoke cleared up and it ran for a little bit after thatbut one day he was going somwhere and it wouldnt breake 2500 rpms and just wouldnt idle up, so we pulled the lift pump and did a complete check on it and it was good, so then we pulled the injectors and cleaned them up and did a spray test on them and all were good but one so we replaced the bad one, we put the injectors in and hooked up all the lines but cant get it to fire, not getting fuel to the injectors, and we did bleed them. theres only a couple things left i can think of and thats the plunger on the fuel shot of soilenoid stuck closed or a bad injector pump, and then the worst case senario is a bad cam, being the lift pump runs of a cam lobe if its bad then it wouldnt pump fuel up, but we dont know what to do next hope this info can help somone help us figure it out. thanks

even though the lift pump rod is still hard to push in it may still be bad. they have two o rings in them and if they go bad the pump doesnt work correctly. should have at least 17 psi at idle and 25 psi at 2500 rpm. not saying thats it but thats what was wrong on mine and i had 2 "good" diesel shops tell me my injection pump was bad and all it was is my $100 lift pump was bad. pressurize your fuel tank with compressor and check all your lines for pin holes if its sucking air it will not build enough pressure to run. not saying thats what it is or isnt just another place to look. turn the key on and and push the peddle down and check the fuel shut off soleniod stays up. turn key off and make sure it goes down and is working properly. dont think thats it though cause that either works or doesnt and if it was running poorly before it wouldnt be cause by that. sounds like lift pump was starting to go out or pinhole in line sucking air. on the pre filter there is a fule heater inside of it and where the two wires goes in the rubber or whatever is around it to keep it air tight goes bad and it sucks air there to. you can take the pre heater off its not needed it only heats that tiny bit of fuel on startup which is pointless all the rest of your fuel is cold except that little bit. possibly injection pump but rule out everything else first before you go that route.
