i HAD a 632 merlin in a 79 camaro me and a few buddies were building, but everyone lost interest in it, so we sold it all off. 800ish HP only ran it 2 times in the garage. lol

me me me. i got a 151 C.I. that beast puttin out 105 HP @ 3600 RPM and 95 ft lb @ 2800 rpm

jk... but i am lookin into gettin the 408 stroker assembly for the 360, bore it over 30 and should make about a 410 C.I. chrysler small block...

I had a 383 600 hp.... not the biggest but it worked! I'll have a 383 with 750 hp+ soon!

its not the baddest, but it sure is a pretty sweet 406, full roller, aluminum heads, pushin 550 hp

next season will be a different tune of hp and different fuel hmmm....

I would say brads copcar or mgd2 have one of the bigger motors I think theres 406s but have a but load of hp!

Yep Brad has a 406. He'd have a lot more power if put the right size carb on it. Last time I talked to him he still had a little 670 on it.

I've got a small block older gm crate motor , hopefully pushin' 600 hp. My husband said he thinks I will be scared of it.. It was in my truck when I bought it and he has been takin' his sweet ass time and money to re-build it.

lets get one thing straight im not on here to run my mouth thats what i ment when i said the topic should have been whos got dino sheets on there motor ..some of these guys that tell u there runnin 600 to 800 horse im not belavin...as to my motor i do do have papers for the dino but its not nothin spectaular its a 406 sbc 456 horse at 5500 550 fts torqe ... 406 line bored decked keith black forged pistons total seal rings eagle h beam rods eagle forged 4340 steel crank dart sportsman 2 heads titaniam retainers got a few goodies in there ..i have heard a few really healthy boggers out there but everyone is n ot pushin 600 horse like they think they are like they say wheel ur truck not ur mouth boys

i try and run mine blew up 3 454s all ready thise year then built my new one every thing new from carb to pan it rocks but any moter if it runs wheel it i wheeled every thing from 4 banger to a 502 as long as your haven fun that what matters

now now i dont have papers but summet did say my 350 plus 20 hp for my headers another 16 for my k&n filter 12 more for the 4 barrel and the alu. rad to keep cooler ever more hp

got a 498ci stroker with afr aluminum head all cnc ported 710 lift camotin cam .Runs 9.90's on motor in the quarter at 140 mph and with 8.80's on the bottle. In a2800 lbs tube chassie chevelle.

he sayed it is detuned to about 1000 or so right now but full bosst probly 1800

i have only got a 305 but she does the job all roller has a 488 lift cam cast heads my dad hoged out and polished it is in a 85 s10 on a 85 k5 blaver frame and it has 456 gears and lockers on 35's it runs mid to low 4 second range in a two hunder foot pit but i have a 355 wating for the 305 to blow the 355 has 500 lift cam 302dration 305 heads that have had a lot of work done on them its also roller i just like small blocks and every now and then i get to bet up on a big block

Yes Ive seen adrenaline beat him at Ionia

Not making excuses for Adam, but he broke a rear axle shaft at Eagle the weekend before Ionia and did not know it. Still went out the door in 35's and 40's in three wheel drive.

when my dad and i were into mud racing we had a 32 vicky mud rail taht we used to race it had a 604 chevy ran on nitrous and alcohol, it ran 950 hp without the bottle and 1125 hp with the little blue pill, sold the car but the motor sits in the garage on an engine stand but its going into his mud buggy "TWISTED DESIRE" for the 2010 bog season

me too it should rip pretty good and hopefully have the big block in my bronco 2, for next
year but im more excited to see his done its a strong runner as it is

"TWISTED DESIRE" it was pearl white 32 ford victoria body had a the top of the body on it for a few years then cut it off for more aerodynamic making it more of an alterd body style, and a black tubualar rolling chassis

I have a 5.9L Cummings, pushing about 500hp and a p00 load of torque. I may not win the power thing just yet, but might get extra smiles when it blows black smoke from the through trunk lid mounted chrome stacks.

yes it has a very good motor ! ran it in my short box for 7 years never had a problem ! it was all in the knowing what the limets of it & changing a lot of oil !! everytime it wen't out it had new oil in it, & plugs & I ajusted the valves, & all good for a long time of beating, I just opened it up about a year ago, and still look like new in side. very happy with it.

I just built a buick 455 only tested a couple of times. Have not dyno but want to. big cam. 60 over on pushrods. 30 on motor studded lower, not sure what heads but dual valve springs hardened seets 4" aluminum high rise single plain intake forged pistons and rodss 670 holley and custom headers.
Was told 550 maybe 600 hp

Most say inspections before race, which means you have to open the hood to show your following the rules, if he is not doing that, well disqualified.

You have the right to claim a winners motor in racing. Pay him the cost to tear it down. If he's caught cheating you get his motor for that price or e has the right to be dq and leave with no winnings. So either the guy was a cheater or your telling stories.
