well turns out i owe some money for income taxes so lifts not happening yet also got a speeding ticket and a parking ticket last week so theres another 200 so i dont get points so ive decided for now im just going to get the 2 inch super lift coils and some decent shocks up front trying to keep the cost down cause im running duals up front any ideas ? also does anyone know if i get the extended cab springs if it will be more lift cause the weight diffrence ?

so its been acting up lately and i think i have narrowed it down it stutters and "bucks" when cruising at about 2000 rpm and i changed the fuel filter still does it plugs wires cap and rotor still does it and ive been reading on some f 150 forums and alot of people have the same issue so i think im gunna try what they all say to do and just eliminate the egr all together they say it works and it just throws a check engine light

Dads F-150 does the same thing. His EGR has been plug/block off since we got it.  Its a timing thing related to what gear the trans in and RPM in his case.  It wired that all I can say.  Gets annoying when towing a trailer.

so ive decided that with my graduation money and money saved from work that before t day comes im gett her up on 35's i dont want to spend more then needed but i was wondering the plus of getting extended radius arms would be for my truck i will be mostly street driving and the ocasional dune or mounds trip

Nice truck.  Extended arms are a plus=more flex=more money.  You can probably find a decent used lift with arms on CL for cheap but if you ever plan on doing a sas I would save your money and do that. Its not really that expensive and almost bolt in with little fab involved.

i dont know if i wanna spend the money to sas but that would be nice i have a friend that had a 93 with stock arms and his truck had no flex

Well the 77,78,79 stock arms are almost a foot longer than the ttb arms and for me I got a  killer deal on a donar truck with a low mile 4" lift so I parted and scraped the donar and made out like a bandit. I wouldnt do it any other way, but its your call just keep your eyes peeled and you will find some deals to make it affordable.

ive never been a fan of fender flairs but i got a set real cheap and the rust on my rear quarters annoys me so im going to clean the rear fenders up and seal them up good and slap the extenda flairs on after i buy my lift, i just graduated from high school and got a job working 50 hours a week so was thinking about getting a nice bds lift before t day since i will actually be making money . i plan on painting the flairs as they are poo brown now but for 50 bucks i couldnt say no im planning on painting them with the duplicolor bed coating in a spray can

havent done anything with the flairs yet but me and my buddys went in on a 93f150 flairside with a 6 or 4 inch lift and 35's for 200 bucks and im taking the lift for my truck .the front axel and 351 are spoken for but everything else is up for grabs if anyone wants some cheap parts

ok new idea i have about 1 thousand dollars to do what ever i want with and ive been working about 50 hours a week lately and i have my bike to ride when its niceout i was thinking about getting a dana 44 leaf sprung axle and maybe some f250 lift springs i wanna run about a 35 inch tire and i drive this daily i know that id have to weld leaf spring mounts thats not a problem but im curious about hooking up steering with a solid axle how hard that conversion is also gearing ?
