Just thought id share,
Buy some smoked Polish sausage, we usually get about 3lbs or so, our favorite is from jacks meat market,
cut to bun length then split those in half the longway and cover in BBQ sauce, we like Open Pit, then grill slowly on lower heat otherwise youll burn the outside black...
then put em on a bun and cover with whatever you like, ketchup, onions or whatever..... delicious! They taste great the next day too, ++peace cold right out of the fridge!
