PORK-BEEF BAR-B-QUE
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 1/2 lbs. pork cubes
2 c. chopped onions
3 green peppers, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Place ingredients in slow cooker in order given. Cover, cook on high setting for 8 hours. Stir well before serving.
