cut it into strips and dip into egg then roll in crushed saltine crackers. cook until golden brown. its best to do it in a pan because when the blood comes out it ruines the grease and makes a mess in a deep fryer.
mm.. me cook it with FIRE!! Onions and mushrooms not get hot enought.. taste good, but no cook..

Same Here! Except I Use Italian Bread Crumbs
my wife and kids love it marinated in italian dressinsg and wostershire sauce over night then add a tbl of butter slow simmer in a frying pan the sauce will caramelize and really make the meat tender ==drooling... p.s use higher priced italian dressing and lea perrine worstershire suace seems to work better
i have also used the the A1 chicago marinate and the lemon peppered marinate also taste good. but most of the time i just make jerky out of the venison.
Still bleeding...RARE...Perfer open fire...Or smoker.
soke it in salt over night ,rool in flower n cook with oinons n butter till brown then finsihing cooking it with brown mushrom gravy

cover tightly

WHITE VENISON CHOPS
2 venison chops
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 can of water
1 can of mushrooms
1 small onion
small can of carrots or fresh
2 sliced potatoes
garlic, salt, pepper, crumbled chicken boullion cube and parmesan cheese
1/2 package of Mozzerella cheese
blobs of butter on top
cover tightly with tin foil 325 for 3 hours
If I'm cooking steaks, I use red wine and Montreal steak seasoning as an overnight marinade. Upon cooking, I fill the bottom of a frying pan with red wine(1/8 -1/4" deep), garlic salt, butter, minced onions and crushed red peppers (sprinkle to your liking..) I cook them on 5 of 6 heat range so pretty high until the wine evaporates and starts to caramelize with the seasonings. Adjust the amount of time you cook it based on how well done you like it. I like medium rare so the small amount of red wine works for a quick cooking time. The steaks end up somewhat sweet from the wine and spicy from the red pepper and Montreal stake seasoning. Sooooooooo Damn good! ==drooling That reminds me....I need to go out and get more venison!
marinade it in whiskey and grill it, or make some jumbolia with it...
i like it right out of the pan dry, or cut up and make spaghetti or chilli
roll it in a little flour and through it in a pan with some butter and some sauted onions and your good to go ++peace
