im not runnin a divorced case  or a 400  but i have a reverse shift pattern manual valve body in my 350 trans and love it.   only thing i would change about it is going with the other valve body tci had  rather then this one  cuz i hate the engine breaking system it has.   dont know why i bought this one in the first place.

if i remember right  manual valve bodies for  400s are expensive.  i believe 400+.  i could be wrong or maybe prices came down but when i was lookin for mine i ran across alot for 400s  and everyone was over 400

is this gonna be in a dd? if so you might get sick of always clicking the shifter up and down all day long. you might want to look into a manual/auto vale body swap.
