Has anyone known anyone with these tires? I'll be getting nothing big, prolly 245/75/16 for my 97 Dodge Ram Ext Cab 318 4x4. Cheapest place to get em? I was looking for the old MTRs because I HATE the look of the new ones. Will be doing no major mud. Just wondering how they perform.
my friend had a set of 33's on his f150 and they had unbeliveabl traction in the soft stuff and they were decent in snow, not to loud either on asphalt
if you take this up to belle tire or discount they will price match it

@bud was hoping that someone knew somebody or maybe one of you works as a manager at belle tire or something hahaha.
lil red works at discount i believe
I am looking at getting them as well, only complaint I hear is they have kinda soft sidewalls but I am not looking at doing any rock crawling. I guess they do great in the snow and mud, they are pretty quiet for how aggressive they are.
We have Cooper ST's on the Bravada right now and they have been great, got about 25,000 miles on them and still about half tread but they are extremely loud now and the stiff sidewalls make it ride kinda harsh hence the reason I am looking at the Duratracs.
I called around and the cheapest place I found them was discount tire, $691 for a set of 235 75 15 that is with mounting, balancing, lifetime road hazard and new valve stems and caps. Being they have kind of weak sidewalls I think this is the way to go, if you get a stick or something through the side just take it in and get a new tire, prorated of course.
I read the same Disturban. I had the Goodyear MTRs on my Cherokee with 32/11.50/15 and just WOW. Those things were monsters. Say goodbye to need 4wd in most places. I learned quick though that the NP242 is a POS transfercase. Blew up the 4wd hahaha. Anyways, they road great and I absolutely think Cherokee +32s is perfect stock. Did better in the cherokee than in the 87 K2500 on 35" new BFG A/Ts and I used to try and redline the GMC.
Well I'm going to buy them. Probably going to go with a 285/75r16. Going to purchase next month 4 of em. Will give a full review afterwards and update it every few months with wear info.
