that is just when the foundry tell scrap yard what thay are paying for it.

I was under the impresion that it was a contrac  to suply certian grades and amounts. the yard i go to sell direct to the smelters. they have a hammer mill on site.
It was $270 ton for car bodys and $300 for foundery iron last thurs.
