How do i lift a 1978 f250 6 inches all the way around for 400 buck
lift springs in front blocks in rear
how getto fabuless do you want it?
Dynamite, lol j?k probably front springs and rear blocks would be my guess.
4X4 wood blocks and new u bolts....
really gonna be hard to lift it for that much for that little. gotta think about steering, brake lines, and drive shafts. front lift coils rear shackle flip and put the rest of the cash for the other things listed.

Agreed....Its All The Small Stuff That Will Get Ya!
Drop the front spring buckets and radius arm bracets. Then do a shackle flip on the rear with a bigger block. I have done this to a 79 short box and could run 40's without cutting any fenders, 6" won't effect drive shafts. You may want to buy a dropped pitman arm . I had air lift air bags in my front springs also but that was mostly for the extra weight of my 400 lb. winch bumper.
