Picked Up A 1990 GMC Topkick, Dropping In A 366BBC W/28K Miles, Its Got A Stick In It Right Now But Came With A 5 Speed Allison That Might Go In, Gonna Cut The Deck Off My Tri-Axle And Weld It To The Frame...No More Trailers! It's Gonna Get A Flame Job To Match The K5!

nice rig, may i suggest that u making a custom deck that sits flush with the bottoms of the frame rails, like a drop deck or something then that'll give u more height clearnce, custom make wheel wells strong enough to drive over, then u could make custom tool boxes between the frame rails

Finally Got The Clip & Allison Unloaded Outta Sunkist And The Barn Cleaned And Ready To Go! Took Some More Measurements And It Looks Like I'm Still Gonna Have Over A Foot Of Clearance With The Truck On Tractors If I Take The Deck Off The Trailer, Still Considering A Drop Deck Though! Hoping TO Get The Rest Of The Truck This Week!

Be cool to bag the rear end with a 4 link on it. So you lower the rear end down as far as you can and then drive up on there with smaller raps. Only thing is the rear wheels will but up higher than normal and would need a huge fender well ram to get up and over. Still a kick ass way to get that beast of a truck some were.

Deck Height Is 6" Thick
Truck Is 102" On The 16.9's

Puts Me At 12' 4" Still Got 1' 2" Of Clearance Before Shes Illegal
