Finally got sick of looking at myself and took the step to do something about it. Back in the day i used to lift 2 hrs a day 6 days a week power lifting. Well about 5 years ago I had back surgury to fix 3 ripped disks and 2 bulged disks in my therosic spine ( middle of my back), thinking that all the weight lifting probably had something to do with it. Now fast forward 5 years, My back feels great most days so i thought it was time to get back into shape. Im going to be here in New Jersey for about 1 1/2 months. Im hoping to have some dramatic results after a month and half. After an hour of lifting my back feels great, but G.D im outta shape loll.........wish me luck!

I keep a curl bar with 30#'s on it next to my computer on the floor..I have to carry a 50# kayak by myself in the summer so it helps keep me strong (I am an old lady!) ;D :P

Yup its a coed gym....;D...Day two down.....still feel great tho, figured my back would hurt today.....nope, my back dont hurt...just everything else does loll
