Post by: OHEARN.2012 on March 24, 2011, 08:05:32 PM
ok so ive been looking around at some axles and ive fond alot with gears under or below 410s.  but my question is if im correct isnt like 373 gears the border line for wat gears will work??
like a 373 gear axles carrier wouldnt work if i put 410 gears in it. also if i found an axle with lets say 513s the 410s would work right?? any help would be appreciated

I know to run 4.88 on a 4.10 carrier I had to get think gears! I think its 4.10 and down and 4.30ish and up

?? not 100% sure.. but I was told the carrier I had in my old early bronco 44 was a 4.10 gear and I had to use thick 4.88s for it to work (I had to get the gears 2 times!)
