Good idea, but i'm sure you'd have issues "selling" it at bogs... health dept p00 and what not...  do some research i'm sure you can get around it!

I think the money to be made is in the food....many people ask me if I have food..some one even asked if I sell pop up tents! ....I know you have to have a working sink on your unit...but yeah the money is in the food......I have set up my tees next to a food vendor at Lutterlohs and it was almost depressing to watch all her money coming in!   Just like my tees ask before you go or set up....people selling the same thing don't want your competition...  ;D  pulled pork please! ;D

Think it is a great idea, but you will have to have somebody who is self sufficient doing the whole deal or not bring your truck. To much stuff to take care of just with the truck, let alone to run the stand.

Way I see it, at waterman road they did some pulled pork and I alone gave $5 because it was rainy and chilly. I think that the land owners wouldent mind it you gave them 5-10% i say.
