Title: kick down cable cobble...

well finally got the lift done on the truck  got motor in running strong

not really sue on how to hook up tranny kickdown...got it on a bracket (with zip tie cause tab broke)

when hooked up i pulled it till tension was on but hits second really hard..

is there a correct way to adjust it in?

you want it all the way out at full throttle.

yeah bubba, if it's hitting second that hard you got it to tight which puts to much line pressure through the clutch packs for what ya need, but with that tranny, it's better to have to much than not enough, i'll check it out, might have to put the other cable on

when i put it on i just brought tight and hooked with out it bein wide open..thanks
