ok we have a 4 1/2 year old girl whom loves offroad and we have an 8 month old. whom my fiancee says we cannot take offroading till he is two... i say like 14 months. whats your guys opinions. what is to young. yes i have a full roll cage yes i have a custom car seat made for the 4 year old that has a full harness. i got flack for that last time i was wheeling and laid it on its side
if your gonna take kinds than ya shouldn't do anything that could put them in danger, aka rolling the vehicle... or driving to fast... but as far as age, it depends on the kid, some are ready for the noise and physical jarring of the truck earlier than others, remember mud trucks don't ride like cadilacs.....

laying on its side was completely by accident. was backing up trying to turn around in a very tight space cuz there was a truck blocking the only way out. other then turning around. well i back up into a pretty deep hole and it listed right and came over on the right side....she thought it was hilarious lol...but i do drive alot different with kids then i do when im by myself.
