PICKED THIS UP FROM A GUY OFF GL4X4..... 1997 STANDARD CAB SHORT BED, 4.3 VORTEC WITH THE NV3500 5 SPEED AND 231 MANUAL SHIFT T CASE..... I GOT THE TRUCK IN NON RUNNING CONDITION, I JUMPED IT AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP... HAS A PLUGGED CATALITYC CONVERTER THATS ALL... DRIVES DOWN THE ROAD STARAGIHT ASAN ARROW AND NO NOISES AT ALL....

synergy offroad is offering this SAS kit for under 500.00 looks like a nice kit.... might go that way and use a 44 from a Early bronco or a Scout II..... p00 2 unit bearings cost as much as the sas kit does!! if parts start going south on it thats what will happen..
