Title: piston questions

there are a couple diffrent piston questions on here, but not the ones i have i hope. i apologies ==noob to the mod squad and you guys if these questions have been asked and answered previously.  first question valve reliefs what  is the decision maker for wether i get no reliefs , 2 reliefs, or 4??  do i want moly rings or cast? and what is the best bet for brand?

two valve reliefs is all you need.. i do believe there is four in some so it dont matter what side you put them in, where as two reliefs are designed to go in one way. and you want moly rings if it is performance. cast is more of a street ring. but can be used in performance. just recomended is moly. hope this helps and please correct me if i am wrong.
