got this from my in laws  but the tub and the frame re badly gone but few stuff i m gonna save

got this tub from someone for free then i made a offer on the frame...

i m not sure what axle re under the yj    can anyone tell me?   i was planning use the whole drivetrain from the cj and put in under this better frame since it s a pass side and my t case is a  pass side ...   so the axle might be up for sale.   i also will be putting cj7 front clip on the yj frame  since i like the cj7 look

i m gonna fix a few spot on the frame and  some floor on the tub and paint it then put it back together  and move some stuff over to the better shape frame and tub

orginally yj axle?    but mudduck pointed out that it dont have lockouts and it s wearing a xj rims  ....  so not possible a xj axles?   and it has a power lok on front axle where u pull it so it will lock the front axle in

yj's never had lock outs, xj and yj's both have the same bolt pattern. yes stock yj axles are d30/35. it has the central axle disconnect

i m probably gonna use the cj axle anyways  and it  s a 78     what axle re under that now ?  maybe flat black can answer that too  lol , also it  has a straight 6 and 3 speed and unsure on t case but thats all drivetrain i m gonna put in the yj

U should Get a newer tcase that's a drivers drop, and throw those ford one ton axles under it

d30 front amc 20 rear. 258 motor t150 trans and dana 20 tcase

nah trying to go low budget on this one by using what i have in between those two i think i m all set cuz i know the drivetrain is good and the interior was amazing in the cj , but floor and frame re gone to sh*T
