I've been smoking since december 2010 idk wat influenced me to start maybe the ex ==censor but oh well i started well it starts off like any addiction does a couple a day then a couple turns into a few a few turns into a pack. well at first i rolled my own becuz well i was underage and i got sick of rolling them so i started buying them by the pack well a pack of smokes nowadays cost roughly $6.50 ok well some of you know how bad i want to buy a set of rockwells ad i have come to the conclusion if i dont quit now ill never have the dreams of runnin with the big dogs. i guess you can say the old timers do know wat there talking about becuz when they see me smoke they all say "what the ==censor" why the heck you smooking and pretty much lecture me about how i need to quit smoking is not worth the risk and i know it isnt but i still do it. i also play football for millington high school were a f'ing awsome team made it to semi finals last year and id hate to screw it up becuz i smoke and cant do my jobs at the level everyone else can. but like i said before stopping smoking will save me:
at LEAST 5 packs a week X $6.50 =$32.50 X 4 weeks = $130.00 a month now add another $120 to that it equals $250 a month towards rocks. so if i started this in september i could expect to go see Dave Woods in march to pick a nice set of shiny rockwells
so im asking you guys for some support or advice to help me get rid of this stupid ==sick ==censor habit ==wgm

i smoked for around ten years. then i had my son. the day i had my son i stopped smoking, cold turkey. its almost been a year now. you just need to look at what you have or want in life and everytime you want a smoke think of those things.

It gets harder to quit the longer you wait. It's the best thing I ever did. I quit after 10 years. I tried to quit 5 or 6 times before i was successful at it.

i quit smoking about ten years ago, figured why buy them when i can just breath around me since my wife, my brothers, and most of my friends smoke too
didn't care for it anyways so i just quit . still don't like it myself JMO oh yeah, i've managed to use the money for cigs for other important things

doing pretty well so far been busy with fball so it takes out alot of the time i usually smoke so now a packs lasts like 3-5 days havnt used my debit card to buy any smokes have to save that for gas

I FOUND OUT IT IS EASIER TO QUIT WHEN ONE DAY, YOU LIGHT UP AND IT GAGS YOU, I MADE IT THREE MONTHS TWICE. THE LAST TIME I QUIT I WAS DOING GREAT UP UNTIL I GOT CAUGHT IN A SNOW STORM ON MY WAY FROM CHICAGO TO IOWA TO PICK UP A LOAD. I WAS EMPTY AND WINDS PICKED UP TO 50+MPH, TRAILER STARTED TO SLIDE,LOOKED IN MY RIGHT MIRROR AND SEEN THE TRAILER TIRES ABOUT 2-3 FEET OFF THE GROUND, SCARED THE SNOT OUT OF ME. 25 MILES OF THAT AND FINALLY HIT THE FIRST TRUCK STOP AND SAFE PLACE TO PARK SHAKIN LIKE DON KNOTS ON CRACK AND BOUGHT SOME SMOKES AND SAT IN THE DRIVERS SEAT TILL THE ADRENALINE RUSH WORE OFF WHICH LITERALLY TOOK CLOSE TO 16HRS. THAT WAS THIS PAST WINTER.
You will do fine.
