Title: another carb question

i m running a 1406 edelbrock.... i forgot which port the dizzy vaccum line goes to .... facing the motor .  right or left port?

the one on the pass side should be the ported vacuum for the dist.

you can use either, the one on the right is idol vaccume, and the one on the left is cruzing vaccume, aka about 1000-2200 rpm vaccume.... depends on how you got the motor set up... but the lower right is usually more of a performance oriented choice, the other is intended for emmissions orfuel economy

Most higher horsepower motor don't use either... Mine are all plugged off and compensate for the timing curve with dizzy kits.
