I MAKE ALOT OF HOMEMADE FOOD MY SELF. ONE OF MY  FAVS ARE ENCHILADAS. FOR ENCHILADAS, I MIX 1 PER POUND OF BURGUR SO 1 POUND BURGUR=1 PACKET TACO SEASONING=1 SMALL CAN OF (12-15 OZ CAN) REFRIED BEANS. BROWN BURGUR AND DRAIN, PUT BACK IN POT ON STOVE AND MIX IN SEASONING AND BEANS AND HEAT ON MEDIUM TILL HOT. WRAP IN TACO SHELLS OF CHOICE(I LIKE FLOUR TORTILLAS) AND PLACE IN 9X13 PAN OR LARGER IF YOU ARE MAKING A BUNCH, POUR ENCHILADA SAUCE (USUALLY 2-3 CANS PER PAN)OVER ENCHILADAS COVERING EVERY INCH, SPRINKLE SHREDDED CHEESE OF CHOICE ON TOP AND PLACE IN OVEN ON 350 TILL CHEESE IS MELTED. I MAKE THESE FOR OURSELVES,FAMILY, AND FRIENDS AND HAVE NEVER SEEMED TO DISAPPOINT ANYONE.
