I can't believe how apathetic some people are, this poor little girl was hit twice and 18 people just walked right by her with barely a glance, I don't know how anybody could be that cold and uncaring, and what about the parents? yeah dad was working but the mother could have kept an eye on her, hanging laundry isn't much of an excuse to not watch a small child, kids have no fear and shouldn't be left alone, I hope those 2 idiots that hit her get whats coming and karma bites those other idiots in the ass, 2 years old is way to young to die :(

the reason that nobody stopped, is because whoever does help will have to pay for the medical bills.
