Title: need to use a torsion key tool for my dodge

need some help here the wife got me torsion keys for christmas and every one is telling me i need some speacial tool? changed them befor on small trucks (s-10 ranger) but everyone is saying that my 1500 will break a c clamp so if anyone has one that i can borrow that would be awsome!!!

idk about the full size but I did them on my dakota with a floor jack and a hammer in about 40 min

2 jaw puller... i kinda grooved the hooks in a little bit so they gripped. Worked good to do my keys on my 03 ford.

I used a ball joint press, took the end out of it and pit a piece of rebar that i rounded the end off of. I used the balljoint kits they rent out  at auto zone, always worked for me

its called a torsion bar unloading tool, had to use it on a 1500 chevy to put a key in it. an impact would be handy as well
