The Largest Wolf Kill To Date
This Wolf was shot recently in Drayton Valley, Alberta..which is near Edmonton about 3 hours North of Calgary. The wolf weighs over 230lbs smashing the previous record of 175lbs. Wouldn't want to run into this puppy in the woods.
Apparently a bear hunter witnessed this wolf chase off a big black bear at his baiting station.
Hmm
Ya actually i heard about this when it first came about..
wow
Anythings possible....I've seen some pretty big coyotes, id say the size of a daine
id say its fake no one man can hold 230lbs like that bye him self
Ya never know tht guy is like over 6' .. if thts fake thts some good animation or photoshop...
impressive
There doesnt seem to be any weeds sticking up infront of him or the wolf in the pictures like there is in the background... but then it does look like one of the same kinda weeds is stuck to the wolf up by its neck... I know I wouldnt be standing around with 230lbs smiling... id be under it yelling help ==roll
if its real thats one big sob!
I can say for certain that is shopped, the wolfs resolution doesn't match with the guys resolution and the ease he is holding up that wolf is fishy not to mention you wouldn't hold an animal you just shot up like that you would leave it laying on the ground.
not sure but i could hold up 200 lbs like that for a pic .. a bear hug and lift the wolf foot is still on the ground
that is HUGE! and would be awesome its true.. i dont really believe it is but thats my opinion.

thats a different guy woody
i am really wanting to know if they are real?? how can we figure it out.. im seeing evidence from what u guys are saying...
there's a few ways you can look at that.. #1. i'm with big dog lifting like that IS possible bear hugging and lifting something is far easier than lifting something of equal weight at even as little as 6 inches from your chest. #2 the size restrictions of an animal are dependent on avilability of food resources environmental requirements restrictions and number of generations with similer limitations. it's what drives evolution...
my father in law has 2 alakan wolfs that are mounted the heads are about waist high on me and im 6 4 tall but the scale of there bodys is nothing like the pics below these look to be photoshopped but anythings possible
