Title: mcdonald's
Post by: black07ss on January 12, 2012, 10:21:28 PM
Why is it every time I get a mcchicken sandwich there is always lettuce in the folds of the wrapper?   I was just wondering if this is a prerequisite in order to make mcchicken's?  Before we start to make the sandwich we must first throw lettuce all over the wrapper as the customer loves it while pulling the sandwich from the bag a whole lotta lettuce fallls on the floor of the vehicle!   They get me every time!!  I'm not trying to talk bad about people that work at any fast food places because because I realize they don't make as much money as I do and I could never work in fast food because of some a**hole customers that I would have a really hard time not coming unglued on.  I was really just curious if this really does happen to everyone or is there a mcdonald's around I should go to that won't try to get me in an accident while leaving the parking lot as I'm fumbling around trying to pick up the lettuce pieces from the floor?

just seen this on facebook..

"Can You Guess What McDonald's Food Item This Is?
Say hello to mechanically separated chicken. It's what all fast-food chicken is made – things like chicken nuggets and patties. Also, the processed frozen chicken in the stores is made from it.

Basically, the entire chicken is smashed and pressed through a sieve — bones, eyes, guts, and all. it comes out looking like this.

There's more: because it's crawling with bacteria, it will be washed with ammonia, soaked in it, actually. Then, because it tastes gross, it will be reflavored artificially. Then, because it is weirdly pink, it will be dyed with artificial color.

But, hey, at least it tastes good, right?"
