Title: glasses?

might be a odd post and i have no idea where to post this but here goes. my 6 yr old niece has glasses the plastic ones and they broke where the bridge comes up to the lense. weve super glued it but it dosnt hold for long.  was wondering if any one had any tricks to hold them together tell she gets new ones ???  thanks for any help given

i dont have jb weld but will quick drying epoxy resin work ???

if your talking about that stuff that is in 2 different tubes and you mix and have like 10 seconds then it drys then I would think it would work, and jb weld works on anything lol they have one now that will set up even under water.

Yes it will work.  Most 2 part epoxies will work with plastic.  Just make sure you clean the to parts real well with a good cleaner.

What I would do it put a bunch of tape on the lens and then glue them back up and then gob the epoxy on ther let it dry and then sane it down a so it looks good.

yep the epoxy worked thanks guys. hopefully it will last tell this spring when we get her sum new ones again. this will be her 3rd pair allready and it aint been a year yet lol
