lol.. i like it under so it doesnt rip when u try to pull it.
mine sits on back of toilet, But if I had a holder I would prefer over..... when its under it dont wanna rip off right and just wants to unravel half the roll lol

x2 but we do have a holder but for some reason it never stays on it lol
Always over with the swipe... our holder at home is above the register, so when the furnace runs all night it unravels half a roll of tp. Like a ghost ya know its creepy.

I used to put it under, then when the wife and I met she "corrected" me so now it goes over! Lol
I honestly haent ever really payed attention...as long ass there's p00 tickets I'm happy...you ever realize there's no tp after ya dropped a duece and ur theonly one home?

I've replaced the holder 3 times in one bathroom twice in the other, so it sits on the toilet or sink...
if my wife and kids would stop breaking the holders I prefer under, picking up metal holders in a couple weeks, I hope they last...
