Lowering valve not closed all the way, low on fluid, or seals are blown, try topping off the fluid with some ATF or power steering fluid

Unfortunatly I dont have 60 bucks to buy a new ram, I got the picker from hf, and there is no leaks that I know of, what I need to know is how to fix the one I got,    also put more fliud in and still nothing the hadle will pump one pum then it drops down to where it was and haddle pops up where it wss.    Is there a check valve in these that might be stuck open?

Its got simple o-rings in it. Take the ram off and take the valve apart, put new o-rings in fill it up n it should work. Bleed it by extending all the way and pushin ram back in by hand with ram standin straight up. Might have to take the ram out of the cylinder as theres some more in there on the piston itself, most likely.
