Title: Body Lift

I have a 1996 dodge 1500 reg cab short box and im looking to put a 2-3 inch body lift I already have a 5 inch suspension lift how difficult are they to install and am going to have to do alot of bracket swapping? Any info would be helpful

shouldnt be to hard unbolt body and lift up maybe have problems with steering linkage

no problem man bring it over! i helped joe with his chevy short box took a couple days for us shadetree mechanics!

I did one on my 2000 Ram! with the help of 2 friends we did it in about 4hrs

You will probably want bumper brackets, or make some. So you dont get the stupid lookin gap under the tailgate and grill.

The steering setup is ok for the 2" on the 3" they give you an extension..

lol but then if u got a reese hitch u still get a giant Ass gap Lmao

I had a big gap on mine at first! Then I cut off the lips on the top where they bolt to the frame.. And welded new ones on the lower part of the hitch and it looks perfect..
